REFUND POLICY

• If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, let us know through our email contact@mochaandcobeautique.co.bw. Please quote your order number and reasons for return.

• Please note that we accept returns within 7 days of having your order delivered.

• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused & in the same condition that you received the item(s) in.

• All pieces must be sent in the original packaging and with all tags attached and intact. For items not returned in this condition or outside of the 7 days, Mocha & Co Beautique reserves the right to not accept your item(s) and not process a refund.

• All returns are at your own cost.

• Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

• Allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
